KRETConcern Radio Electronic Technologies (KRET), a leading Russian player in the radio electronic industrial space, and a part of the Rostec State Corporation, has displayed its latest genre products and solutions at the Russian pavilion in Aero India-2015. These products and solutions have applications in both the defence and the civilian spheres. The major thrust of KRET is on the development and production of air-borne radio electronic systems (ARES) for use in both civil aviation and combat aviation sectors, radio detection and ranging equipment, air launched state identification devices and electronic warfare devices and host of other radio electronic based systems for a variety of end uses. A spokesman of KRET stressed the point that India is a priority market for the company.
“Participation in Aero India-2015 exhibition gives us an opportunity to assess the current needs of military and civil goods market” said Nikolay Kolesov, General Director of KRET. Going ahead he said, “Our advanced designs received the positive response from international partners especially from the Indian Air Force(IAF), which makes extensive use of Russian origin military equipment. Expanding our presence in the Indian market would allow us to strengthen our position as a complex avionics supplier of the Asian region”.
